Weird hat etiquette?
It looks to me like he's posing, as if he thinks he has to stand still as with a photograph. I don't think that would be an out-of-place reaction at that time. He also might think he should not be photographed (or filmed) with a hat on. Many people used to take off their hats for photos.- Not-Bogart13

I'm looking for a wide brimmed hat for a project, my budget is very small, and my head is very big. I need something in a size 7 1/2 or 7 5/8 (60 or 61 cm), with about a 3 inch brim. Cuenca vs. Montecristi
I'm more of a cuenca guy, but I have often found that I prefer cheapies when it come to straw. I can't explain why, but I do. So, lower end cuenca is about as high as I'm going to get. Question on upoading photos
