The big news around these parts this week is a shopping center fire set by a drug-crazed arsonist who died in the blaze. It destroyed over a dozen small businesses. Today the paper reported on some of the business owners who lost all their database info in the fire and hadn't made back-up files...
This technology reminds me of what was being done to female models in the 1981 film 'Looker'...the difference, of course, was that they all died mysterious deaths after the 3D scanning was done.
I don't think I'd tip the mailman. They already have good salaries. I tip my barber, but she owns the place...so I question it sometimes. When I use gift cards at restaurants the server gets an extra large tip.

I'm not crying over the dead seals...that were most likely harpooned and dying a slow, agonizing death. I meant 'tacky'...as in lacking style or good taste. Just my opinion.
Sounds like me. I'm not looking either. What's a real turn-off is that there's a co-worker that obsessed with me. While flattering, it's become almost unbearable. My problem is that I'm too nice a guy and I guess she took that the wrong way. Because of this I don't want to be in love...
