Whenever I see the "Kitten Finish" stamp on a hat I always picture a bunch of kittens clutching sandpaper in their little paws, furiously sanding away at felt. Makes sense, as kittens do spend a lot of time practicing their pouncing skills. :) Hat looks good too, btw! -

Thanks Stefan! I did think about that particular hat when first I held this one, but to my memory it had the satin cloth sweatband also extending out the underside of the brim and was then sewn around like a brim binding. My memory, however, may be as fuzzy as that sable finish Willoughby you... -

Hey all! I've got upbrim on my mind for some reason so I put one on my head. J. C. Penney's Marathon "Genuine Velour" which I'm sure doesn't hold a candle to some of the top-notch velours posted here but it still has swagger. Especially with that bow! Have a great day! -
