Quality-wise, it's hard to believe it's so modern as the felt is way nicer than I associate with modern-ish hats. But, it does really have an Indiana Jones vibe to it, so I can see it being made around...

The balsawood milliner's form that I slipped it over for the pics is 22" at it's widest point, about 2" from the top. There seems to be a decent amount of extra room to play with. Only one way to know for sure though...
