    I love a heavy canvas jacket. I find them more wearable than leather, broadly. Similarly, there are plenty of Aero designs I would happily wear in canvas.

    That's a great end result I think! What colour is that leather? I guess it's black faded to grey, but on my phone screen it looks like it could be green. I would love it to be green.

    I've changed my mind, I'm going to keep the Alpha. In spite of my moaning it's kind of cool, and after a little discussion with the seller we've agreed an agreement. I'll post a bit more about it when I've got some time.

    I've got a couple of Golden Mfg camo M65s on my eBay watchlist that really tempt me. But just like prison striped trousers, I know I'll never actually be brave enough to wear it. I haven't worn camo since I was a student in the early 90s.
