    I'm my experience waxed fabric that gets machine washed is essentially knackered, unfortunately. You can re-wax it, but it never recovers the properties it has from manufacture. In the same way as you can wax any plain cotton garment, but it won't behave like waxed cotton. Good luck though...

    Centre zip leather jackets indicate that you are wearing a centre zip leather jacket. Cross zips indicate that you are wearing a cross zip. They're just clothes. Every other woman I see in town is wearing a cross zip.

    Similarly, I also wear the same clothes whether I'm sitting at home watching TV or out shopping or going to church. The only reason I wear something different for work is because it has the company's logo on it. Dressing to elicit opinions from someone else suggests a lack of contentedness...

    So did I. I used to commute right through the year on my Honda, until I was knocked off and got a bit broken. Now my Bonneville is entirely used for fun. I really enjoy how different riding is when you're doing it for joy, instead of because you've got to get to work.
