    I would honestly recommend just giving it a delicate machine wash with a few drops of Woolite, because it didn't air out in weeks whereas I think a light wash like that would probably do the job.

    I think he should push for a full refund. SB didn't think anything was wrong with this jacket, which is clearly messed up at a glance. There is zero guarantee they won't pull a similar stunt with a remake. The pelt explanation does not work because this jacket has a split panel there anyway.
