    ^ That's an awesome photo, Tom. It's a nice, roomy coat, not a short skinny modern one. I like that throat latch, too. Once upon a time one could get trench coats in a variety of colours, not just tan or black like today.

    It doesn't rain all the time even in the UK. They're a warming jacket; waxed jackets are for rain. They also dry very quickly if they get wet being 100% synthetic.
