Oh man, I just thought of another more recent song by Rihanna.
It's supposed to be "Please don't stop the music"
Sounds to me like either one of these options.
"Dweezel's got the music" or "The weasels got the music"
Daffy I know.
Cheers!

Hey BT: What are these short pocket watch chains called typically?
I'd like to be able to find that variant for my 1886 Waltham. I currently have a graduated Albert Chain for my vests, but ti seems excessively long for the watch kept in the trousers.
Cheers!

Of course there was CCR's Bad Moon Rising.
I heard "There's a bathroom on the right"
It's supposed to be "There's a bad moon on the rise"
Go Figure.
Cheers!

Hey tone, yeah when I say Traveler I'm meaning the grey lids. Appears the yours is holding up just fine.
And, as you said is has been worn for more than the back yard photo ops. They just don't always get photographed in action. Yes, more brim is better. The trimming is easier than I thought it...
The Whistler has a great opener as well. ;)
"I am the Whistler, and I know many things, for I walk by night. I know many strange tales, hidden in the hearts of men and women who have stepped into the shadows. Yes ... I know the nameless terrors of which they dare not speak."
Cheers!

My 1950's black faced Elgin automatic that I picked up on ebay from Peru is my current favorite daily wearer. For a mechanical it keeps better time than my computer at work. For that matter so does my Waltham pocket watch from 1886. Go figure.
I have a Longines automatic Grand Prix that is...
He just might have something there. Just missing that oh so handsome eye though.
Though they may correct that with CGI like they did with Harvey Dent.

I loved watching the Muppets back in the day. The family would get together for it. Now we have the DVD's & our son loves watching them. The Vincent Price episode is his favorite. Of course Statler and Waldorf are his all time favorites. Smart kid. :)

Super! Thanks a bunch BT, most appreciated. The barrylyndon28 one I think is Spearhead Militaria. I like their stuff & super fast shipping. I got one of their black Panzer M43 caps a while back. makes a great cool weather hat.
Cheers!

Thanks BT, I think those are what I'm looking for. :eusa_clap With the white I could always dye it what ever color I choose too. I like the green variant that they have too. I have a pair of the Panzer trousers from them & O like them very well. I think the only thing I want to change on those...
If you have XM Radio you can check out Radio Classics on channel 164. They play The Shadow series regularly. Sometime you can even catch Orson Welles (Sept. 1937 to Oct. 1938) as the Shadow & Agnes Moorhead (yes, Endora from Bewitched) as Margo Lane. The second Shadow after Welles was Bill...
I have yet to find that perfect "Lottery" hat. I'm hoping the day I win one of those I'll also win the Cal Lottery too. Wishful dreaming I know, but it never hurts to dream. ;)
Cheers!

I had the same exact thing happen to me there last summer! Funny! I just told him 'Not on your life & to smile when he said that'. lol
If you look above the Mr. Potato Head there is one of those camera domes like you see in a Vegas casino. They employ the same thing with Turtle Talk where they...
Good job gang!
Man, it's been a while since I've looked in on this neck of the woods. There are some mighty fine examples of Adam's around here. Makes me want another one just to round out the collection. Many of the offerings on ebay though have been lack luster & I think I'll have a hard time...
Personally I wear hats for basic reasons. One, I feel naked without one when I'm outdoors. I like the "shelter" & protection it offers my head, neck, face & especially my eyes. Secondly, they just look so darn good. The fedora & flat cap seems to transcend 'fashion' and make one look 'stylish'...
