    Crappy week, ain't going to lie, but then this shows up in the mail today from the classifieds. Notch two in my Cal fix and much more relaxed fit than the first I got, plus the fur collar (which might actually fit the other jacket, need to check). I think another step closer to my end game.

    there was someone on here (at least I think) few months back who was looking for used Indy hats. They had recently gone vegan and didn't want to buy a new one. If you search, you might find them. Not sure they got what they wanted at the time.

    there's a bespoke shoe maker in Mexico, John Doe I believe, that can make shoes in sharkskin. They look really cool. And obvious, not so obvious, thought of the day, but didn't really think about it until I thought about it---- they're pretty much waterproof.

    do you condition after vinegar? I mean, it's literally acid ;) I always worry about that kind of stuff. Once I had I think some powdery mildew on an old jacket. Saw a bunch of DYI stuff with vinegar, lemon juice, baking soda. Ultimately I used some diluted rubbing alcohol, put it in the sun...
