Yes, you did a nice job. I really like that Churchill 50 and it was quite interesting to see just how simular it is to the 7XCB.......you would think they came from the same place......:eek:........ Yep, good hats to read about and well........ to get one if you can!;) These hats DO deserve... -

Found this a week ago at a "antique" mall. Missing the liner but simply perfect felt in great condition......changed creases 4 times while walking around with it. Interesting blocking tag that has a stetson block number as well as Stetson re-order number. We have seen it here on other... -

Could very well be....I do not know. Most American makers of the time got their bodies from South America so I was just assuming (we all know what that means). I was just judging based on the weave (is not Monticristi also a weave) it could be a Bankaru and now I know, looking at other examples...- M Hatman

This is one awesome hat!!! Pictures tell the tale. NO tip label as crown is "vented" as are the sides. Round crown vent, diamond side vents!!!! Color is classic bright WHITE with black ribbon.....- M Hatman
