    Great philosophy on investing in good quality! I agree about the VoH halter. My dress has one, and it fits perfectly on me. The only thing I will say is the back is just a wee bit too low to wear a strapless bra with, but the bust has wire shaping in it so the girls are still supported. ;)

    That never made any sense to me. I wouldn't walk into a classic car convention and say "You're wasting your time, you should just buy a new car." Even if I did, I probably wouldn't add "but I admire your effort" to smooth it over. :confused:

    Some skirts I own in thinner fabrics show the garters through too a bit, and I'll agree with you ;) Yes yes, I have done this so many times! It's especially useful when you find a really cute pattern, and you would love them but for the fact that they are pantyhose.
