Pro and Cons of Mortgage Strategic Defaults.

So much is plausible and possible when one does that which is the problem.

Pro and Cons of Mortgage Strategic Defaults.

Where do we draw the line? We can all make an argument for "strategic defaults" with any kind of loan or credit card. Sounds great: buy expensive things for ourselves, get buyer's remorse or disappointed when they depreciate, argue that we can save money by not paying the loan/credit card bill...

"Strategic Defaults" does make it sound legitimate, doesn't it.

Pro and Cons of Mortgage Strategic Defaults.

Right. He wouldn't be staying there "for free." So I say he needs to face the consequences of his decision instead of allowing everyone else to pay for his mistake. "and he now wants to stop paying on that mistake." But that is a sense of entitlement- wanting to have what one wants without...

It's much kinder to soften life's blows with comforting processed junk foods and medication along with Honey Boo Boo on TV.

    The Age of Entitlement

When did we transition from making polite requests and working for what we have, to demanding and expecting things to come to us freely and or easily? Of course not everyone thinks like this and it's not directed at any one group but culturally as a whole we're spoiled brats.

Do you think there could be a second Great Depression?

Let's say the worst comes to pass, and it's each person for him or herself. Do you think your existing neighbors and you would help one another?

    Unwanted attentions?

This is also the problem with "today." The nuances of decorum and social cues are lost on people, and I'm talking in real life, not online, forcing a more harsh and hardboiled approach. I don't like to change who I am because of creeps. Twice recently I've had to do the blunt "Please do not...

    Unwanted attentions?

Since this thread, which mentions "myspace" and "AIM" as the primary online social outlets, we now have the popularity of Facebook, which is using our real names, and texting. Now more than ever we are much more easily accessible at all times. I enjoy the immediacy of texts and Facebook updates...
