True. Still trying to decide if your good advice would be a good thing or not. I'll tell you this: we should meet sometime in Anderson or Muncie for a beer to two. That's the least I could do for you in consideration of the advice and direction you have given me so far (seriously).
What's the saying: "Ask and ye shall receive" Thanks all. Ok thinking this is what I am going to order:
2-pocket Cafe Racer
Vintage brown FQHH
Size 46
+ 1" sleeve length (what I did for my LHB)
Satin lined sleeves
Biker's back/half-back
Pretty basic, nothing fancy.

That was pretty helpful. Especially HD's statement that "vintage" was slightly lighter (in weight) and softer. I am not as concerned with the coloration as I am the texture and feel of the leathers.

Here we go again, the FL takes me on another adventure. Heading back to my parents to see if I can locate one of my dad's razors. Then, the adventure will begin. Where to start: not a guy with a lot of facial hair will I always take a "second pass" or is one pretty much all I'll need...
I have actually been thinking about this very topic over the past couple of weeks. It's been so warm here this summer and I have become very aware of sweating through dress shirts. Now the tough question: who makes a good mid-weight undershirt that doesn't look, feel and wear like a cheap dust...
Don't know what made me think about this but I had an uncle who had a really cool grill when I was growing up. Can't tell you much about it other than it had handles that were made of coiled heavy wire. I have no idea what ever happened to it but I started wondering if people collect or still...
