That is not specifically hat related.....it is a steam table "puffer" unit.....
The one on the right is an egg head puffer used for coat shoulders and upper sleeves areas...it could be carefully used to steam a hat from the inside (I actually don't however).

The three cell blocking tag is from the 30's as is the once yellow/orange re-order tag and as for the round size stickers, Stetson was using them as late as at least 1936 if not later (they were used by many hat companies (including Stetson) from the late 19th century to the early 40's)...

Circa 1965 Mallory.....came in a Stetson Box (common in this era as the hats were made by Stetson after 1946 and sold by Stetson Dealers. I am not sure they even made "Mallory" boxes in the late Stetson era of the 60's). I absolutely love the deep color and thin felt of this one.
