    Please help with hookless zipper problem.

    I replaced the hookless on your cafe racer. Hookless broke on me. I needed a bigger zipper and wish you a lifetime of problem free zipping with that brass #10 . Sorry about the tiny holes, the machinist could not do anything about those because of the rivets.

    The SB cafe racer is the only cafe racer that fits me stock to date. Great looking. Although I still have to try a proper size 42 cafe racer from Aero. My previous Aero's racers were 40- too tight.

    I personally love crown zippers. I would go with those. But I wanted the brass #10's. I do not think at the time Stu had large brass crown zippers.

    My #10 paper clip zippers were sometimes a problem- Ask Stu to personally check them before installing in your jacket. Some are great, some are not. The smaller, under #10, were just, smaller. Not a problem really just not strong enough for 4 oz plus.

    Right on with the Ryder being trimmer at the waist. I purchased a Suburban and Ryder at the same time, same size, and the Ryder is trimmer.

    I am a huge Lost World's fan but, I have had issues with my LW zippers. That is after buying new about 5 jackets straight from Stu. Otherwise a spectacular jacket every time.
