Griff - That's great fitting Irvin! They can have a tendency to have the 'Michelin Man' look about them but yours and Dav's probably the best fitting Irvins I've seen to date!
Don't often venture out of the Outerwear section but Just wanted to wish all fellow loungers a happy and healthy New Year. Bring on some new leather jackets :-)
Cheers

Finding a jacket that fits perfectly, with no mods needed, is very rare indeed. I would not let that out of my sight! You say the old one isn't worn much, that's the sign it's not the one. I would sell it and use the money to get a collared sheene version as well, the pattern is perfect on you!
Need to see some fit pics. If the scar is on the underside of the sleeve, I wouldn't worry about it. However, if it was on the top of the sleeve and it was constantly catching my eye, it would be a different matter.
Beautiful hide but have to agree, comparing it to the original Sears advert, the breast pocket is way high and the half belt low. I could probably live with the half belt but the position of the breast pocket would be a distraction as it just draws your eye to it. It's a real shame because it's...
Very cool looking jacket and a good overall fit. The Premier pattern can be a very snug fit though, when zipped up, you'll have to go easy on the Christmas cake :-)
Well I don't know what to say, it's like looking at two different jackets. Ok, I was expecting to see some loss in back length but it looks like the jacket is a size smaller all over. It's a strange phenomenon no doubt, can't say I have ever seen a result like it!
4.5 oz with a shearling lining! The beast has indeed landed! Seriously, it's a beauty and a great fit. Anyone still moaning about Horween's front quarter horse being too heavy needs to man up :-)
