In the top right corner of website you select your country , either UK which includes UK VAT or ROW where UK tax is removed, imagine you have selected UK showing higher price.
Nope, sales aren't something we do as an "annual event" or anything like that, we have no plans in going down that road. ........and you certainly won't find us doing "black Friday" or any of that garbage.
We always have our Ready to wear and used section where jackets are always at a reduced...
As Canuck has said regular needles will work as you can just use existing holes ( you said that they hadn't torn through) . Gutterman thread is a good thread and what we use here.
To gain confidence why not do a few practice buttons on a scrap of leather or heavy cloth before attemping on...
No machine needed, simply a needle and thread.
Sew the button on as you normally would but not to close the the leather, it will seem slack but once you have a few passes through leather and button you then wrap around the "shank" which tightens everting up and leaves you with a stalk. It's am...
Following on from above we have now found one of our old "Miracle Leathers" trainee jackets out in the wild. Whilst i had a stand at a local record / vintage fair i spotted a record seller with this hanging up behind him for sale. He wasn't aware it was an Aero, but obviously living in...
I can confirm that the Aero isn't legit. We stopped using that label long before we launched Aeromarine. Single layer raw edge side adjusters wrong as is the stepped top stitch on bottom hem.
undo the zips first. push the cuffs inside so you can grip them with your hand from inside the jacket, hold the jacket between your knees and pull through. Shouldn't be too hard. If the leather if stiff you might need to work it with your hands a little.
If you hand is holding the zip area...
It has come to our attention that recently many of our outgoing emails have been going into customers spam / junk folder. This is mainly affecting gmail accounts and is due to some recent changes by Google and them making big changes to their email system and applying new authentication rules...
No problem at all on length adjustment but it is full circumference so what we add to back also goes on front.
We work from back lengths, we don't allow you to specify front length differently.
I'll jump in here. We really wouldn't want to start mucking around with the design. We are happy to make height related length adjustments but these adjustments are done full circumference to keep to original proportions of the design. (It is also no so straight forward changing drop on a cross...
I'd be very surprised if the have much access to horse hides. I know how hard the tanneries we all know find sourcing raw horse hides, so to find in Pakistan or import into Pakistan I very much doubt is happening. I suspect there is a lot of pulling the wool over your eyes ........or are we...
Have to say i'd be very surprised if that leather is 4oz . Looking at the construction and arm creases i doubt it's heavier than 3.5 oz ( which is surely as heavy as you would want a shirt ? _
We will be offering the chest buckle as originally fitted. Major Egans chest buckle was missing from his jacket in real life so wardrobe requested the film version have without. (Even though in real life Egan still had the remains of keeper loop attached)
The photo above is a photo I took when...
Not that many pictures of them out there in the wild i'm afraid. A great coat best suited for really cold weather.

You will have paid ROW ( rest of world ) prices when ordering which excludes UK VAT, The price you paid is 20% less than a UK customer would pay. which means that you are liable for any local import duties. This is beyond Aero's control
