How do you turn inside out the sleeves (slim) of a leather jacket?

I have a used leather jacket that I want to turn the sleeves inside out for cleaning. I tried to do it (with the cuffs zipped up) but the sleeves are too slim and the leather is too tough. The cuffs have zippers that I can unzip but I'm afraid it might scratch the leather when trying to turn it inside out. I didn't use a lot of force because I was afraid it might damage the sleeves. Does anyone have tips on how I can turn the sleeves inside out?

undo the zips first. push the cuffs inside so you can grip them with your hand from inside the jacket, hold the jacket between your knees and pull through. Shouldn't be too hard. If the leather if stiff you might need to work it with your hands a little.
If you hand is holding the zip area it shouldn't scratch
