Nice looking hat, Rick! I’ve tried many different ways, but the only way I’ve found to work is a full tear down and soaking the hat body in hot water for a good while. But then ya gotta reblock and sew it all back together, so, not a good method on a hat that doesn’t already need anything.- Randall Renshaw

Finally! Been lookin for this Pre-Stetson Mallory for 5 years. Till now I haven’t found one in good condition in my size that was made pre-1947.
