He's passed out! Doc, get your hands out of my shorts and do something!

*Doc to Kilroy and DB* Gentlemen, he's out cold. All vital signs are normal, but we'll have to keep an eye on him. Give me a hand, we need to take him back to his quarters. Maybe what he has he'll be able to sleep off. Bring the dog, too... On second thought, this is most bizzarre. maybe we should take him to the infirmary.

 

[Diamondback]

*cocks ear* No, I can hear him breathing, faint hints of snoring--he just fell asleep again.

Kilroy, shouldn't you be up bailing out that bomber? Blackout's tied up in maintenance and refuel/reload...

 

[Diamondback]

Doc: "Very interesting--I've never seen this before. I recommend we admit him for observation..."

*calls for ambulance and when it arrives, helps load unconscious Carter onto stretcher*

Kilroy, shouldn't you be up bailing out that bomber? Blackout's tied up in maintenance and refuel/reload...

As much as I'd like to, old boy, I can't. The weather has all flight ops cancelled. That includes Bomber Command. I would think that "Lanc" you've been hearing calling for help is a ploy by the Jerries to try to lure some of our guys into a trap, an ambush. It's happened before.

*Turns to Doc and DB* What do you think it might be? It appeared to be a sort of dementia until he passed out. Do you think he could have been drugged?

What are you talking about? Back in Seattle, we fly through worse in our sleep...

Doc: "It's hard to say. We'll need to keep him under observation for a couple days..."

Anyway, Carter's under the best available medical care, you got paperwork to do, and I must rest. I've been working on this op for three days straight...

*collapses into ready-room easy-chair, begins snoring*

You know, I'm starting to feel like I need to get a little shuteye as well. Lo Phat, cancel that breakfast!
*Lo Phat: [Grumbling] Why you!!!!*
Doc, I'm starting to feel all woozy too. Could someone have drugged me as well? *Slumps into chair* ZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Update!

WONK UPDATE:
I was dropped behind enemy lines two weeks ago. For these two weeks, I have been transmitting enemy positions to SOE headquarters. But as of two days ago, all movement has stopped.Very odd. Today I was hiking up a hill to look over to try and find out where all of the soldiers went. I looked down on to the road right bellow the cliff and saw a line of soldiers coming around the bend. They weren’t marching; it looked like they were searching for something. So I crawled under a bush, taking care not to be seen. All of a sudden I heard footsteps behind me.

I looked back and did'nt see anybody. Funny..... Oh well. As I crawled forward to get a better look three men in trench coats jumped out of a nearby tree and grabbed me before I get up and run.

I was shoved into a car at the bottom of the hill. And we drove for a while before we to an abandoned barn. It looked like it was about to fall down. I was escorted inside. The men left me with a gaurd.

Meanwhile, back at HQ...
[We see Kilroy asleep in a ready-room easy-chair, Diamondback enters the room]

Kilroy, wake up! We got work to do!

Five more minutes of futile screaming later...

*jams cattle-prod into Kilroy's solar-plexus--Kilroy lurches awake, he doesn't look any too happy--and shouldn't after receiving fifty thousand volts of wake-up juice...*

After a few moments, the three men in trench coats step back into the barn. They stand to one corner whispering amoung themselves. They walk over to me an start the questioning.

[Diamondback]

Back at HQ...
Uh-oh, snakey-senses tingling... *visions of Samantha in dire straits dance across my mind*

[sound of pocket radio snapping open, ready to transmit]
[radio]"Heartbreaker, Reaper. Comm-check, please--what's going on out there?"[/radio]

One of the men heard my radio go off. And retrive it off my person.

man 1- yeah who wants to know?

Man 2- We got your girl here. Aren't you coming to rescue her?

Samantha

 

[Diamondback]

[radio]One, she's not "mine", as you put it, I'm just the comms relay. Two, she means nothing to me. Three, what's to stop me from ripping off the first plane I find, coming over there and tearing your living guts out with my bare hands, you son-of-a-CENSORED? Who the CENSORED is this and what the CENSORED do you want?"[/radio]

Man 3-Then you would'nt mind if we drowned her in the river now would you?

Man 1-Well,up with you missy(pushes me off chair)

He pushes me towards the door of the barn.
