No Cauliflower?! I think you own a Cauliflower farm out there and have set out to convert the masses. Stop it! :p
The daughter unit made dinner the other night - an Indian-style baked chicken and cauliflower concoction.

It turns out that cauliflower is very good for absorbing thin sauces. For this dish she mixed all the spices with some peanut oil and poured it over the chicken, cauliflower, etc. before baking. The cauliflower came out just on the edge of crispy, and quite flavourful!

The benefits of being "white collar".
Yup.
You don't see the light of day, most of the people claim you're ruining their lives and the pay sucks.
..at least I'm serving the society. :D

You work in the wrong industry. :p
I'm thinking about quiting.
What to chose:
a) Being a gardening help or
b) Being a butcher?
:D

Butcher. No question.
Access to quality meet for sausage and charcuterie!

Need an assistant? I'm turning in my retirement notice today.

Serving society is for Santa Claus. :p

Butcher. You can grow your own vegetables but having access to good quality meat just adds to it. :p

It's a good thing my grandpa treated me as a boy, and taught me the works. :D

Getting to retirement alive is just a matter of retiring early enough :)
(and convincing the spouse that it is financially do-able)

I'm glad for the fact that dad taught me how to butcher, and mom taught me how to cook with the meat afterwards.
