Still not wearing leather jackets much, mostly my Iron Heart Type 1 in indigo cavnas, but the weather finally seems to be getting cooler and I can enjoy a leather jacket a least in the mornings and evenings.

Made this fun collage while seeing how my new pair of denim looks with my 3 jackets.
Thought it was cool to see (and show) all 3 fits/looks side by side. Thoughts from the community?

Sorry for the weird angle.

If you're curious about the denim pair that I got I made this reddit post about it: https://www.reddit.com/r/rawdenim/comments/1eexaot
Aero Hooch Hauler the best.

Same leather, one as a jacket that has been worn since 2019 every now and then, the wristband is constantly on me since april 2023, i take it off only when in the shower or do many dishes or handwash my jeans or bike or whatever, i dont purposefully get it wet but otherwise I wear it 24/7 for more than a year

Spent a few days in Stockholm, and while planning the trip, a visit to 118 Second Läder was marked as a must.
What an amazing place, with so many jackets hanging here and there! Such a vast collection of precious pieces all around!

I'm pretty sure you're already familiar with this shop, so no need for introductions; it's like stepping into a kind of heaven. I found many treasures from the 1940s to the 70s.

One of them is this 40s Montgomery Ward that I discovered tucked away among the women's jackets. A true horsehide gem in size 38, it fit me like a glove—a little cropped, true, but perfect in the shoulders and sleeves. Non-detachable fur collar, perfect for winter days and Swedish summer days too!

I love it, just wish my budget was higher :')

Maybe @torfjord is interested on the jacket and make the most of it!

That looks amazing. That place is legendary but quite pricey. Although the prices do make sense considering the restoration work that the owner does with the jackets.
Hit me up next time you’re going to Sweden! Although I’m in Gothenburg, Stockholm is not that far away and I need excuses to go on small trips without the kids now and then :)

I couldn't resist visiting this place. Judging by your great collection, I thought I might find pieces like yours there, and I wasn't wrong. But as you said, it's a bit pricey, though the owner does an excellent job.

Absolutely! A friend from school lives in Norrköping, so I'll be back soon enough!
