Today....a somewhat departure from my daily covers.
Dobbs West Stagecoach. Kind of a beast of a hat. I must say i do prefer vintage but oh heck....porch duty is porch duty.
Be well. Bowen
Jeff, you get a new pup? What craziness is this Wormser with the 1 5/8” brim!? Not a very likely candidate for me, but it had to get out sometime.
Worn both with and without dents.

Aww. Don't say that! It's important to be regular.
I'll bet wearing a Stetson One-hundred back in the day when they were $100.00 was like wearing a Rolex watch used to be; not about prestige or status, but just something you did for yourself & no one else even need to know. What a phenomenal hat!

LOL...I'm back home now & the One-hundred was put away before the Maestro Dobel Blanco Tequila came out, & things might get sloppy! After all, it is Sat night!Careful now, that iced tea is AWFULLY CLOSE to that pristine 100.
Another very cool hat Charlie. No aurora borealis last night, but tonight?!? The temps are refreshing this morning, around 16-17C. Time for pie... porkpie, by Art Fawcett, in granite. I'm debating about swapping the pug, pals...

Yesterday a blue hued fedora (vintage Stetson) was my choice to spend time on the dock.
As it grew colder I switched to a vintage Playboy.
The green Playboy was on a wooden block from yesterday evening and within reach and hence is my morning hat. Green goodness on a Saturday morning.
Cool Minnesota, USA summer days rock! Eric -
Thanks Hat. it is a classic.
Today it's Wormser

Parabuntal for a cool morning and a hotter afternoon.

The 7XCB on me, but an upright bass, steel guitar, and sugar sweet vocals from beneath a Stratoliner?
Check my pulse.

Smokin' Dobro!
Afternoon yard trimming was done in a blue mood.
I ran over for some newly roasted coffee. Coffee first, other things next. A Stetson Fifteen was my charcoal hat choice.

Jeff, you get a new pup?
Thanks, Alan. It turned out better than I could have hoped for.Wow... keep that penumbra out of the shadows. It's the bee's knees.
I was wondering what the Torino model would look like (there's one on Ebay right now I believe). Nice!Hey all!
It was the '78 Borsalino Torino today.
Have a great day!

Nothing to add to that. Superb is right, Jim.TAR Thursday (Friday for me, as I'm taking tomorrow). The color on this hat is superb. A rich hue and well-saturated. Just a great hat. Plus I dig this version of the logo.
1940s - I think - J.C. Penney's Marathon in blue.
