Oh hell no Brent...I'd be inside with a tall margarita and a big watermelon. I did yard work all day today in 99 degrees....I'm done for the day, watching the season 2 finale of The Son. Hats of the main characters were done by David at Texas Hatters. That's a great looking Sunbody by the way.

Steve, I am fairly certain it wasn't made by Mayser. I haven't come across any Wool hats like this made by Mayser. All the old Mayser Hats I have encountered are Fur Felt hats. Also when Mayser was not mentioned on the paper label they kept the same format. The Back Bow was fairly common into the 1960s although with form changes. I have been trying to solve this mystery for a while. Stefan has a couple hats with the same paper label and I have about 5 or 6. They are all Wool Soft Felts but I have seen auction photos of Wool Stiff Felts with the same paper label. I will eventually put a thread together with all of them (Stefan's and mine) together.
