I'm still in the felt Strat.
I must be well dressed, because one flea market vendor was gesturing up and down at my clothing, and even straightened my collar for me.
He was selling hats, some Stetsons and Larry Mahans for $100, but all wool felt.
There are a lot of palm straw hats that would be nice if the sweatband wasn't elastic.
Nobody here is doing what I'm thinking of, but demand is still speculative.

I needed a little refreshement.

Yes. Below is a pic I took long ago of a stack of light hued Adam hats. (Edit: I believe their is a Lee hat in the stack if my memory is not failing.) I have dark hues but need a family shot.

Oddly enough mine was a Tilley, as old Blighty is going through an intense sun and hot period, plus I receive far fewer exhortations of "Ye haaa!" from rather queer chaps. Didn't want to risk the Stetson crushable in a heavy downpour if the hot weather payback came later that day (it did).

Nostalgic Monday with my very 1st custom fedora. Peter Brothers Indy. First up is my Coffee on a "cool-ish" Texas morning surveying the yard and deciding what chores lay ahead today. 1 tree and 6 shrubs to plant.
