It measures about 3 inches. The hat model is marked as Ludoita, a variant of their dress western hats of similar name (Ludoela - there were others) but heavier weight felt and with a three cord ribbon.

Good eye! It’s the Fresno zoo. One of the only nice things in Fresno. The exhibit behind me is cheetahs.
