Surfacing for a quick post of my working hat beater of the day. Getting the kitchen ready for demolition tomorrow. Wife has me on kind of a short leash lately. I do check in and love (like) everyone's great hats. Know that I'm here, just not as active as I would like. For work around the house, my Hat City Hat Co. entry level fedora. No bells a whistles, just a serviceable hat for chores.

Good luck with the remodeling; such a project can be a trying time for a couple, especially in an occupied house! I wish you well and look forward to seeing your posts as you have time.

Dobbs West on another warm, dry day. Hoping for some rain sometime soon.

Today....was reading another thread about a black OR Homburg and it made me grab this oddball.
Stetson Last Drop Open Trail.
Reminds me of that kid in the Unforgiven that couldn’t see’s hat. Idk
Be well. Bowen

Post WWII Borsalino western for the U.S. market. A store imprint that comes up with regularity, but I find little online about them, despite a long history (back to 1860s).
