Newly restored Resistol kitten finish with a 2 1/4”brim with felted edge.
I love this color. I call it dirt. It’s neither brown nor gray, and certainly not pecan. I also really admire very tidy wide ribbon and bow.

Cool this morning so I grabbed a Royal Stetson back bow fedora that, unfortunately, doesn't get worn much. A nice hat that deserves to be in a rotation, somewhere. I may list this in the Classifieds... or not. Now I'm liking it all over again!

Really it just needed a sweatband so I splurged with Bob Jessee of Black Sheep Hatworks for some ostrich leather. Really dig that unique ribbon on your lid today!

I was wondering where you sourced the ostrich quill sweat. Do you know if there's a specific name associated with that type of sweatband bow treatment with the slits? I love it, but don't know what to call it.

The Dallas by Mallory. Pretty nice hat actually. I ironed the floppy out of it.

I've become such a fan of the natural felt since I saw those Gannon lids commissioned by @Short Balding Guy and @Frunobulax . I got my first natural from Michael last year and subsequently changed my order with Bob at Back Sheep Hat Works from navy to natural.... it should be coming in the next few weeks.
