Ha haIt wasn’t. Just didn’t want to be left in the dark. I like popcorn and a show too, but only if it’s a one I can watch and not be in.

Thanks Brent. Got it last year and was pleased to find it was in NOS condition .I really like this hat, Ken. It is so clean and achieves a simple perfection.

A good example for "crickets" would be if a comedian told a joke, and instead of laughter there was dead silence enough to hear the crickets chirp. The same could be applied to commentary that warranted a response, but got none.Ha ha
You got the gist exactly.
The popcorn’r normally doesn’t become part of the movie.
I’m still trying to figure out the one word “crickets” meaning??

Thanks Alan. It's definitely one of my nicer hats. And the jacket was a great holiday gift from bartender RBH.Great hat @Michael A , and I love the jacket
Thanks Daniele. I'm afraid my collection pales in the face of yours. It would be fun to see a French Iron in operation.Ciao Michael and thanks. Your daily parade of wonderful hats is endless.
The "French iron" instead of a torture instrument I think it is an iron brush with which to treat the felt during processing to obtain the effect of the short and medium fur with shine.
Steve for sure knows more than me.
Thanks Tim. The ribbon has a very nice sheen to it in the sun. No sun to be seen here today. Or tomorrow from the sounds of the forecast.Love that one Michael. Such a clean look with the matching color ribbon.
They vary so much. Somewhere around her i posted a bunch of Clear Beavers all around a table. Prob the 7X thread. It was very apparent the shades. Was a lovely display to enjoy if i do so so.+1.
Man, that’s so white compared to my old silver bellies. Maybe they need a naphtha bath, but I’m a little nervous on those.
