You dress well and cool, sir. Here's a shot of the bow.Great hat! Love the picket square too, I always toss one in my pocket (with a spare in my back pocket too). I don’t dress nearly as well as you though. Got a shot of that bow?
Ken, Thank you!ausgezeichnet, das ist ein schöner Hut. Even has my Initials in the sweat.....K L Ken Larson.
Ok my friends, the wife said the hat was all wrong and my pictures were terrible. The. She dragged me outside to do it better. New hat; another VS, my newest actually, whisky. I love the bow work. Fits perfect, as you would suspect an Art Fawcett to fit. So. Hat number two of the day. View attachment 205221 View attachment 205222 View attachment 205223 View attachment 205224

Steve, Thank you! From what I could find the building was heavily damaged in 1944 and demolished in 1959 but I haven't verified myself. Great to see the K.A.M.I! Super overall combo!Super Velour, Steve. I was in the area back in October. I believe the building still stands though it is no longer a hat store. It would definitely be a hat shop everyone would be attracted to with hats like that one.

Some terrible, hurried pics of today’s hat. And some tubes, as requested by Sir Bowen @AbbaDatDeHat. Running into the city tonight to see Wicked with my chicas. This is my favorite Art hat, although I probably say that about all of em when they’re on my head. Casually inspired by (actually totally stolen from) FL member handlebar Bart. MANY years back. Art said he wouldn’t mind at all. Have a great weekend y’all! View attachment 205216 View attachment 205217 View attachment 205218 View attachment 205219
Steve, Leineweber is still in business but no retail locations. Leineweber GmbH & Co. KG with its brand name BRAX.Thanks, Steve. Appreciate it.
You may very well be right about the building no longer being there. There are, thankfully, still many pre WWII buildings still standing. I may have confused it with another.

Some folks you just can’t get to bite, oh wise one! LolI am so sorry my reply did not produce the popcorn fodder you were looking forward to. I hope you hadn't popped it, yet. I shall endeavor to be more curmudgeonly in the future.
