Some terrible, hurried pics of today’s hat. And some tubes, as requested by Sir Bowen @AbbaDatDeHat. Running into the city tonight to see Wicked with my chicas. This is my favorite Art hat, although I probably say that about all of em when they’re on my head. Casually inspired by (actually totally stolen from) FL member handlebar Bart. MANY years back. Art said he wouldn’t mind at all. Have a great weekend y’all! View attachment 205216 View attachment 205217 View attachment 205218 View attachment 205219
Hells Bells man! Give a guy a heart attack!
Takes a hell of a hat to take away from those Phonics but the VS did.
Glad you came out of hiding. You set the bar high fella....lets see some vinyl spinners too!

Ps: the Sir Bowen ref gave me PVC’s.

Not to hijack the thread, but speaking of Vinyl, just got the word that the greatest Rock Drummer of all time, Niel Peart of RUSH, died today from Brain Cancer at a young 64. One of my favorite bands in the College days, and still today

I’m going to have a nice tribute tonight with some Vinyl and Scotch:

M.W.B. Stolzf. Luxury Velour made for Bernward Leineweber, Berlin, probably 1930s.

You are wearing it well, Steve, as always, but that is a real sweetheart.

I hit "like", but didn't mean that .... exactly. I was introduced to Rush by friends 7 or 8 years my juniors. I still thought Creem was the best 3 man band in the world. Maybe I still do. But Rush gave them a run for their money, and Peart took Baker to a new level.
RIP to a talented man.
