Great color. Always enjoy seeing the horses.
Thanks Bob! You never know when a grandchild may appear. This is my only one, and the only reason I still live in California!Great pic and great hats! I need to get a Moonstone CD at some point. Wouldn't mind a granddaughter as well, but not going to hold my breath. She's a cutie! Cherish her.
Lately, I've been inspired to wear one of my Bowlers due to all the wonderful Bowler/Derby hats shown on the FL recently. A special tip of the hat to Randy for inspiring me.
Finally, today, I put on my 1920s/30s Moores of Manchester (despite what it says on the sweat) Bowler.
I was lucky to find this one at a local fleamarket. Almost antique, Manchester made, sold in Copenhagen at one of the city's premier department stores (still in existence btw). Ticked all the boxes.

What a gorgeous little lady and a very proud PapPap! She looks as happy as you Ed.It was supposed to rain today, so the moonstone Camp Draft was my choice. Beautiful day instead, better for lunch on the lawn at my granddaughter's school. Can you tell that she made her hat?

Did you removed it inside?[emoji848][emoji1][emoji106]Went to the "pub" to meet the wife and her co-workers at the Calapooya Brewing Co. Had a Banger & some incredible fries. Felt that a proper English Bowler was appropriate. This Dunn & Co. gray stiff felt is probably fairly recent in vintage, hard to tell, these guys have made Bowlers for 150 years.

Snazzy! I really like the feather on this one. It's quite tasteful, and well matched to the outfit.
Thanks Joe!Can’t go wrong with the ol Turkey hat. She did a fine job. Looks like a beautiful day!
Best,
Joe

Trying to catch up here is like shoveling while it's still snowing!
Today is November 22. I always wear this JFK-style Cavanaugh in memory of John.
He DID wear a hat, from time to time!!
