Beautiful morning, having some great Mexican Atole and enjoying my new Scott & Co before it gets too warm to wear.
It was way too large for me when it arrived, but I was able to shrink it to my size with repeated steam applications, and yes, the hairdrier. It didn't lose its shape, and it fits well now. I dislike how padding feels.

I softened it with repeated applications of honey leather conditioner before and after, but thank you for confirming my suspicions, Jim, and for the warning! The hat was of no use to me without shrinking, though, so I took a chance. It was waaay too big, and I know I wouldn't have worn it with padding.

Then you'll teach yourself how to sew in a new sweat, so there is an up side.
