Outstanding choices all around today...

A good day for the P-boy, David!
JOB the comet is absolutely GREAT.
Kyle superb floating shot of that beautiful Hhiker.
Mr. Beecher, that hat is PERFECT.
I love the Strato, Hato!
GTD that silver buckle really dresses things up a notch!

The weather looks like potential precipitation. So, as I bolt (albeit slowly) out the door, the MacLachlan gets the grab. I like how this shirt color "pushes" the hat color from subtle violet/gray to decidedly blue/gray.

I really like the color of the MacLachlan - and on my monitor it's definitely blue/gray.

How do you get the photos to appear side by side like this?

Thanks for all the comments, gents.

After I click the "images" tool (above), I click on the "from computer" option when posting, as opposed to the former requirement of "From URL," or whatever it says. Then simply search your own photos. No muss, no fuss. You are qualified to do that, Andy. You're like family here now! (And you have more than fifteen posts, which is the actual qualifying factor.)

Have you thought about what color that first VS is going to be?

I'm thinking right now. But I'm leaning towards a thin ribbon in a true silverbelly (not cream) with a gray/blue ribbon and brim edge. Lightweight felt. Of course I will probably change my mind by the time I order. Probably in a month or two.

Friday morning and my new Borsalino Alessandria

I now have four Borsos, and each one fit extremely well on arrival. I order up one size as they tend to run small, and within a few weeks they've settled to the perfect size. But what's amazing is that the fur is so soft, and the sweat, though at least the equal to the Akubra Heritage sweat, is soft, supple, and the fedora wears like there's nothing on my head. I don't know how well this Alessandria would hold up to inclement weather though.

Good morning Gents! Nice looking collection of lids so far! For me this warm and rainy morning in Central Ohio I'm wearing my 3X Open Road. It's a little small for me but I'm hoping to have it re-sized soon...
