It was very bent up, but responded nicely to a little steam and heat.

Have a good afternoon,

love the look of that one. Great dimensions, fantastic colour for your complexion and hair colour.Supposed to have some big warm-up starting today. So I'm wearing the Adam THE POLAR.
Happy Wednesday.
And while I'm not certain, I think this may be the November, 1942 ad from when THE POLAR was sold as Adam's Hat of the Month. After a lot of searching, I've found no other HOTM ads for heather mixes.
Thanks Stefan!Very nice, John. Great shape to that hat.
I'm not yet 50 and already a mess!If you get to a hundred you'd probably be messy too! Still looks great, John.
Looks coolI actually ordered it in black and they sent the wrong color but I loved it.
Good to see you Blue.LONG week last week -- it was our company's big annual user conference. Since I was "on" all week, I couldn't wear any hats. Now I'm on a much needed week-long break, and I'm returning to form
Monday boardwalk in Blue #8:
Today, a lovely '50's navy blue Stephen L Stetson homburg. I reblocked this one and added a nice, wide maroon ribbon. Unfortunately, the leather fell right apart in my hands when I attempted to examine the tags, so I had to add a new sweat.
Thanks! As you may have guessed, blue is a favorite color of mine =)Good to see you Blue.
Blue #8 is very nice.
Blue S. L. Stetson is extraordinary... what a great color. And your ribbon choice is perfect.
(-:Ha ha, I am a creature of habit and you've got my schedule down. You are looking cozy in the Panizza and the warm slippers. I'm a big fan of warm slippers. And Panizza.
Thanks,
Michael

Today it’s an old ventilated Knox. Light as a feather, soft as a horse’s nose. Hat and Diamond courtesy of 40Cal. Thanks man.
The perforations mirror the “Knox Crown”.
Kinda cool.
As always, thanks all for the recent kind words.
Be well. Bowen

Thanks Moe. I like Hopoka a lot, though I still have no idea what it is. Or when they quit selling it. I did at least see that it was imported, from where I don't know. And it seems they were selling this shape and material as far back as at least the early '40s.Thanks Michael!
Nice score on the Hopoka #2!
I'm in no hurry whatsoever. I think I would be completely happy if the temperatures ranged between highs of 60 and lows of 40 all year long. I like sweater and jacket weather.Thanks. Can't wait til Aloha and straw hat season
Great looking Dobbs Perry. Dig the shirt and tie.
