Beautiful color! Impressive hat. It is ironic that the hat comes from an East German source with "Liberty" stamped on the sweat.

By source I meant the Seller. "Liberty" is also on the liner. Unfortunately the paper label is washed out so no other clues other than C.W.N. It could be English but I tend to think it's of German origin (probably early 1900s).
