Back in July I won this 60's vintage Resistol Open Road clone. I got too busy to do anything with it (not that it needed much) and it languished in its box until today. I brushed it, steamed the crown to get rid of the cattleman's crease, hit it with a hat sponge to remove the old crease's "shadow", and worked it into a diamond crease. Wore it into town and got two nice comments on it :

Nice! I've put a diamond crease in all my lids. It has the nicest lines and adds stability to the crown. Doesn't dent too easy once it's set.

Last night my wife and I celebrated our anniversary. Dinner at the Opus and the Meyerson Symphony! We had a great time! I wore my Mac Lachlan homburg which I recently acquired from buler.

Today for church, my modern Stetson Dexter.
