It's the morning after in Green Bay! Boo hoo. Now the recriminations begin...It was one of the best seasons in Packers history, but that won't matter much now, because people here are unforgiving (starting with the sportswriters and broadcasters). Armchair quarterbacking and coaching, it is a way of life here.

Dressing nice, I've got the field to myself. :)

Brown nailhead single-breasted three-button ventless suit
Burberry spread collar shirt with double-button barrel cuffs, white ground with red and gray stripes
Tommy Hilfiger horizontal striped tie in burgundy, blue, and gold pattern
Burgundy pocket square, puff fold
Brown leather dress belt with vertical score lines
Fossil watch with gold/silver band (right wrist)
Polished stainless steel link bracelet (left wrist)
Burberry cologne
Brown ribbed OTC socks
Allen Edmonds Delray chocolate brown suede split-toe lace-ups
Tan single-breasted topcoat
Brown leather gloves
Geoffrey Beene red patterned scarf
Scala brown fedora

I "dressed up" today. :)

White LL Bean mock turtleneck
Sweater of Mom's when she was in her 20's
New York & Co jeans
Black belt with silver hardware
Fossil watch
Silver bracelet
Silver teardrop earrings
Bass loafers
Curled my hair and pulled one side back
Adrienne Vittadini glasses
Wedding and engagement rings

I had to take the pics quick as the battery was failing.

Dapper as always gentlemen! In fact,I feel a bit skittish about posting my ensembles at times.

Johanna-Very striking ensemble and I love the sweepy fringe with flippy ends hairstyle.

Josephine-Your curls are gorgeous, very Rita in styling and I love that sweater.

Here's my 3rd attempt at Anti-casual Saturdays.I wanted a bit of an Audreyish look:
Black cropped sweater-Forever21
Burgundy dress-Target(I.M.)
Black tights-?
Pointy toe flats-Banana Republic
Purse-Vintage
Pearl earrings

47b8df38b3127cceb3b35f8d54fc00000055109AbOXLFk0bS

Apparently, hitting the self-timer on the camera, running over to the correct spot, hitting a pose, and remembering to smile is too much to ask for.lol

Thanks! And you look mysterious when you don't smile. :) My next step is to wear a skirt instead of jeans.

Is the jacket really that blue?

This is a more accurate representation (funny that this picture was taken almost exactly a year ago!):

Wowzer. Looking good CB. I love the red lining. Can you get a better pic of your suit sleeve cuffs? This is probably my favorite suit of yours. Great work buddy.

Josephine I think this is the first time I've seen you post a picture. You look great. I love that you're wearing your Mom's sweater. You need to post more.
By the way, did you hear all of those hearts breaking when you posted the words "Wedding and engagement rings" ;) . Thanks for sharing.

I dig this. I may get flak from others, but I actually like your hair better this way. [huh] Nice touch with the masculine looking shirt. I wish women like you went to my classes!

Josephine: Pretty Star Trek fan... marriage... you bet there are hearts a breakin' here. :)

Johanna; that's a fantastic look. I don't often really notice women's hairstyles, at least not consciously, so that must be a good one.

Charleston: That suit is great - who made it? The red lining is veddy Brrrritish, or Savile Row, in the least. And I need to talk to Jason (of Thick as Thieves fame) about buying a sweater, and maybe a suit..the way the dollar's going, it might get quite cheap for me...

Positively brilliant pocket square & watch. I like the subtle overall approach to your ensemble today, working in the blues. The tie is quite nice, as well -- I like the width.

The suit is a sample from a personal project of mine, and hopefully a sign of things to come. I don't mean to be so arcane. My tailor did most of the heavy lifting.

The way the dollar is sinking, I think you'd come out golden -- even with shipping factored in. Give him a shout!
