What are the dimensions of the poster? I have the stamp size version.
Yes..it is a large stamp....measures 1 1/2 x 2 inches. I assume yours is the same?
Stamp Collectors call the large stamps "poster stamps" or "stamp posters". I have some German ones that are even bigger. They are posted around here somewhere.....probably in the German thread.:)

After years of searching I finally found a "Stetson Man/Marshall" hat clip. It came with a mid-late 50's 25 OR (the only hat that seems to have come with them, or at least all I have seen are on these 50's Twenty-Fives that are also Open Roads. Here it is:

The pin has a clip with a guard at the bottom and is just wide enough to accommodate the OR Ribbon. The back of the clips are marked "Sterling". I was so pleased to get it with my hat!:)

AND Then I find one loose in the wild!!!! And here it is along with a slightly more detailed and larger charm from the same era. The Stetson Clips are just under 3/4" and the charm is 1". There are actually a lot of the charms (of various detail and size) out there. So many in fact I thought about adding a pin to the back of one for use on one of my OR's.....but....now I don't have to.

This clip will probably adorn my 7XCB and the charm will now end up on a watch chain as a fob.
Thought they needed to be shown here in the Stetson Way thread!;)

{Background: I posted this in my Cleaners, Hatters, Dyers thread last week or so thinking it was forever lost/destroyed by the USPS as it was over 2 months from when it was sent....BUT...yesterday it shows UP!!!!!:D Package was rough but the blotter unharmed, and am I happy to now actually have in hand this scarce advertisement!}

Cool piece, Mark. I have some doubts about that delivery boy though...

Yes, great finds. Looks good on the hat. I have to start keeping my eyes peeled for stuff like this when we're out 'poking around'.

Don't know if this is the correct thread to post or not; if not it can be moved. Over time I have come up with two Stetson Quality Assurance slips found in old boxes. If you Google the name George Weachter there are matches that come up thru Ancestry.com. There were several generations (3?) of George Weachter's living in Philadelphia. The best match to be the George Weachter died in 1947 as I recall.

Here's another Stetson Quality Assurance slip that was with a Nutria Quality hat dating from the 1940's to early 50's. John Gavin is the Stetson employee on this slip.
