Oh please, can we not? Some of us actually do have aspirations to having more personal life than just surfing the Lounge... (Sad but true, that's pretty much the extent of my so-called "life": work, Lounge, relatives. lol )

This poem is dedicated to all of us single types.

I saw a lady in a red dress, her eyes told me she had seen loneliness.
I brushed back her hair and touched her hips.
From her mouth came the message and this is what it read:

"I have been used, even roughed up,
Thrown down in the dirt and turned to mud.
The last thing I need is a riddled heart.
So please, take a side-step and walk out the door."

I could see that quaint porcelain was in my hands, and with a smile I thus confessed:

"I thought I could change the world
By drinking to my death. But the sight
Of you has cleared my head."

With a kiss I found angels in her breath.
And to the beat of our hearts we danced together,
Forever, until the very end...​

Oh, I was just joking at the earlier nonsense going on in here. I know very well the lonliness of life and I would never want to hurt anyone's feelings regarding that. I apologize for anything misleading in that.

Not usually a poetry fan, but that one managed to get past the ice around my heart.

I tend to have that effect on people being that I'm all fire and light. I weep gasoline, exhale smoke, and set ablaze everything that I touch due to my extreme awesomeness.




And like they always say, laughter is the best medicine.

Ha, I wish. Actually, though, I have my eye on Fester as a potential Halloween costume at some point (dead easy since I shaved the head....). You can buy lightbulbs that light up in the mouth on eBay. Not as cool as doing it for real, but hey.....

In a Gomez Addams vein, I've just won a smoking jacket on eBay that isn't a million miles away from the one Raul Julia wore in the films. Looking forward to it arriving...

Now if you could only find Cousin Itt???????....

I have no suitors, so I was stuck going out with my father Saturday nite, and going to see Hairspray, the movie. Tonite, maybe someone will call me up and say, "HEY lets go down to South Street", but I doubt that will happen.

I ended up going down to the Jersey Shore last nite with some friends, saw "Chuck & Larry" on a big screen right on the beach, it was very fun.

The security guard was trying to flirt with me, and let us see the movie for free. So, in essence, I used my "charm" to get into see a movie. LOL
