Has anyone removed the storm cuffs from an Aero jacket? Is it pretty straight forward to just invert the sleeve and cut the stitching? Probably no trace after it is done.

Cooperson,
Thank you, I thought they were just stitched to the sleeve lining with the entire sleeve lining being one piece. I was wrong, they become a junction for a two piece sleeve lining. Not impossible but certainly not just ripping out some stitching and they are gone.

Just check out the structure in your jacket. I have removed several quite simply without the storm cuff being any kind of junction.
