Funny you should mention that!! Just sharing my justification for being a fedora lover yesterday! Can't 'wear' a mind altering substance, for sure! It is a mind altering experience though!! Hence, the sweet addiction!

I truly understand. I went on a Bencraft binge a couple of years ago. I ended up with a $140.00 parking ticket as the tax for my hat addiction.....

... So I drove back to Bencraft yesterday and grabbed the soldier I left behind

The Stylemaster represents my evolution in hat wearing. Phase one for me was buying junk until I understood what quality hats were. Phase 2 was buying what everyone says is the proper hat to buy (i.e. large crowns with straight sides). But when I picked up the straw Capricorn several months ago, I realized that I liked a slightly tapered crown on my head. It just seemed to look right for me.

So these two additions have the same crown shape essentially as the Capricorn. I'm very happy with these.

Looks familiar. Bought mine last year 4-13-15. Like the felt, not the sweatband. irritates my forehead something fierce so I stopped wearing it

I was concerned about what you said about the sweat stitching while at the store ... but I honestly have had no issue with it and find them very comfortable

maybe give her another chance ...
