That's because it was on an auction on Goodwill that hadn't finished yet. The guy was fishing for offers on eBay so he could bid really high on Goodwill.
Daniel and I reported the listing to eBay, but I think he took it off of his own accord when he didn't win the auction.
That seller only has a 78% rating, and now I know why. Crooked ",/=×<ch

Yes, that was the same hat that was later relisted by Goodwil. After someone informed them of what it was they were truly selling they cancelled the auction and started over.
