Levi's Belt Back.. Please date

Help me date this wool belt back by levi's.. My not so educated guess says late fifties, early sixties, but I am trying to educate myself.

I, too, am trying to educate myself... Is that dating because of the lowercase "e" in Levi's?

The cut of the jacket (and materials) already indicates the 80's date - even without a label.

The styling of the label however is also way too modern for anything before the 70's.
