Leather Jacket alterations, recommendations?

This is probably a strange sounding idea, but does anyone know a leather jacket repair shop that would be willing to take the sleeves from one jacket and put them on another?

I really like my Schott 674 flight jackets, but the sleeves on the regular are too short for my arms, but I don't like the extra length in the body of the long sizes. I'd like to take the sleeves from the long and put them on the regular jacket body.

Anyone know someone who would take on such a job?

Good suggestions, I had Dena do some work on some jackets about 10 years ago. I'll get in contact with her again.
