How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

I just got this yesterday, Attractions Continental jacket (Appalachian cross zip repro).

I’m pretty happy with it. I’ve been looking for this style for a few months. The love child of an A2 and a cross zip…lol. I think this is some sort of sample as it doesn’t have the lot number. Don’t know but it came in like new condition anyway for the a total price of just shy of £450 including shipping and fees. Can’t complain too much.

It’s surprisingly heavy at 3.74kg.

Would love to see some fit pics in better lighting!
@tmitchell59 if there is any chance you bought your vintage too small for you, but just to check it out, put me first in line if it ever goes to the CL

So I just found this on Mercari. Was looking at it for a couple days...and I just went with it. We'll see when it arrives next week or the other.

Description of the seller.

I'm excited. Whatever it is I hope it fits well because I want a cross zip to wear on my bike and that mouton collar will be warm. I Tried to compare it to many pictures online and couldn't come to the conclusion that this is a LW but I have seen others in smaller size (36) with the same lining and label placement) The other LW I have seen all have LW label at the neck but the pocket placement is left or right (I guess depending on customer choice). There are a lot of Lost Worlds in Japan, some are earlier models (People selling B2 as old as 10 years and other obscure ones I have never seen before) so maybe it is.

The label is crudely stitched and I haven't seen any other Trojan repro with this size label.

Stuart says this is a very early version, mid 90s.
A nice piece of LW history you found there, pics when you get it please. I hope it fits!

Here is one I owned, from Japan. Lost Worlds

Many thanks, that was a fantastic jacket.
That is a LW jacket. If it’s not, I’ll eat my hat. Nice score! You are on an unusually lucky streak of grabbing rare LW styles!
I think it has to do with the fact that I looked past the whole website, text thing and focused on the product that was shared here by @red devil , @Carlos840 and other users showing just amazing jackets and great fits. You also had a few at some point and they looked amazing.

Oh, wow thank you. It didn't even occur to me to ask about it. For some reason Japan were early adopters of Lost Worlds products because they seem to have some jackets all the time and the sellers always mention they had those jackets for more than a decade.

Dehen 1920s N1.
N1 in cut only. The thick full body mouton is as hefty as a B3 but the pattern has great mobility. Only practical sub 25f which i’ll be seeing regularly soon enough.
My BR N-1 has been fine so far but I’ve only used it down to -14° C, the real test will come in December/January. I’ll be using it at work (van/outdoors/indoors) but wearing a serious down parka for the walk between work and home.

You’re much more hearty than I am. My Iron Heart N1 only suits me to about 30f (-1c).

Yes, early on LW was producing specifically for the Japanese market. I had a suede trucker made for a Japanese label - heaviest suede I have ever seen.

it is too small, not sure what size, 38/40? You have a good eye. This is one of the coolest jackets I have owned and a significant piece of MC jacket history. Most likely the 1st edition of this jacket, with a lining near identical to the original Buco linings.

Will this be your first dive into black Badalassi? It’s lovely. Can’t wait to see what you make of it.
Yes, first try.
I wanted to start last year with a Field Leathers in Badalassi, but then Greg had taken that out of his program.

The last Aero almost became Badalassi as well, but then I thought CXSH would definitely fit well for the first PHWM.

Now just another try.
I am curious. Expectations are high. LOL

Aero Russet badalassi slim J-106 made by Julie.

Beautiful shade of mid brown and exactly what I wanted. Squeaking is tamed a bit after applying bick4 at seams.

Love the the wild card lining they picked too. (Specified dark green, no red) B811A7FF-D308-4498-8BA2-E1F2BDF8861E.jpeg 3FBBF1AF-4159-489B-B305-72EEAFE71A0E.jpeg FAB6827B-3813-471F-A934-FFCCDB50CE51.jpeg

The only nitpick is the main zipper...a #10 zipper would be perfect
