I had a vertical zip map pocket Appalachian as well but traded it off awhile back for a 40s double breasted suit

Yes pleaseWalter Dyer. I believe this was never/very seldom worn!!! 7.5lbs, all Talon hardware, all pockets leather lined. Fit is probably amongst the best I’ve ever had. I’m stunned! Little collar training first but you’ll be seeing lots of this jacket.

I gotta say, this is one of the nicest jackets I’ve had in a good long while! I’m laughing about it. And also thinking my luck can’t last much longer. I’ve pushed it pretty far.Yes please

Totally!! This is double thick 1969 Bates hide 100%. It’s not as thick as your crosszip, it’s stiffer, painted. WD doesn’t f around.Beautiful! It's so cool how WD used different type of leather for specific styles.

It’s funny you mention LW. The jacket is very reminiscent in fit to this suburban I proxied for Mendel:Love the jacket. I almost pulled the trigger on that one as well. The lining looks very nice and warm. It reminds me of the Lost words emerald, green Stu used in some jackets.
The jacket fits you perfectly. I am also welcome a nice wind flap when present in a jacket. It’s funny you mention LW. The jacket is very reminiscent in fit to this suburban I proxied for Mendel:

Crumby pic but you see what I mean:

Both jackets are very broad with a sharp taper. The WD more prominent. I hate posting this fit pic but ya got me. I’ll get better pics in actual light. While certainly not as nice as that “God tier” LW cow, it’s no joke in its own right.
Linear is plush and immaculate! It’s a good winter option for sure!
Man. He did it. @regius built me an absolute masterpiece. A full review upon arrival. Needless to say, I’m stoked. This man is one to watch.

Two I might buy, depending on how high the bidding goes on it. I'm kindof torn between hoping they go for more than I want to spend, and hoping they go for low enough that I'll end up with them.

Yep!curious about the collar training, I have a very heavy Comp weight Vanson that could use some retraining. Do you wet the leather before the clamps go on.?
I feel I should illustrate my purchases, sadly coupled with my corporeal self.Second hand via ‘From Japan’ Pherrow’s Single Rider appeared on my doorstep yesterday, really nice heavy (to me!) horsehide in a jacket that works for my proportions. Paid a little less than half of the new price for something that I can’t find any real signs of usage on!

The fits on so many here are so so spot on and I can never aspire to those given my physiology and psychology.
I believe the open jacket pics put me in the best light, especially the N1.
