Yes, Nerkg has a few trollish features about him. This isn't the only time he has made negative comments. I think he should make his way back to the bridge.

i wrote him a mail later ....please send me my jacket back....i want to send it to HOLLY and AERO.....
but at a single blow....he wrote me NO!
u can get a 800$ refund only.... i paid 780€ for the jacket and now he wants to give only 800USD or nothing!

i wrote him many times that i want my jacket and not 800USD!
be every answer from him was NO.
i wrote him .....i give you a deadline for 14 days to send my jacket back.
I don't know why he don't send me my jacket back
Maybe is it Steer and not Horse and he has fear when i sent it back to Aero to inspect the jacket through Aero and Horween!

and now,i can´t send him any messages via mail....he blocked me

This terminator can't take the jacket from you, it's your property. As long as you have an invoice and keep your shipment bills to prove what happened, this is robbery.

I wouldn't deadline anybody though. It's better to keep politeness and calm all the time.

I don't think that analogy would be accurate. The difference between 2 great leather jackets, horse or steerhide would be maybe more like a filet mignon instead of rib eye.

I disagree. There was an article in the NY Times last week about how a majority of the fish being served in restaurants is not the one actually being ordered. This is fraud, but am hopeful that the current Aero management can resolve this amicably in a rational way. Based upon Holly's writings here, she seems to be fair-minded and reasonable, which is all I can ask for at this point as I am seeking clarification as to what leather was provided to me, and if it was not FQHH, then a solution that is acceptable to both parties.

I am just very disappointed that I had to find out this situation by reading an online web forum, as the company should have contacted all purchasers in the last several years who might have been victimized.

I think winterland's point is that a cubic zirconia is clearly inferior to a diamond, whereas filet mignon and ribeye are both very desirable, and more or less on par with one another, as are Aero's horse and steer hides.

I don't think anyone is arguing that you shouldn't get what you pay for. Obviously, if you prefer ribeye, or horse, and order and pay for ribeye, or horse, then that's what you should get!

I emailed holly, and got a reply out of office till jan 7. It must be nice, trick your customers then take a two week vacation while they sit and wait..

You sir are out of line. It is a holiday and they are entitled to spend some time with their loved ones. It's a jacket, not a life threatening disease. It looks like Holly has offered to interrupt her time off to help you, but frankly with this attitude to don't deserve it. I truly hope you apologize to her for your rude and egocentric comments.

Today i checked my mails and saw a refund over 800 USD from G. via paypal to my paypal account.
i have the refund 800 $ rejected.
i wrote him via mail today again ,that i want my jacket (AERO/IRONHEART COLLABORATION CAFE RACER) back!
The jacket is my property.

G is still not unready to send me my jacket back.
He don´t want that i send it to AEROLEATHER to check.

He'll have his reasons. Seems like you have to sue him to get it back. He's probably counting on you not being willing to go through all the troubles and expenses associated with legal action.

I wish you good luck with this endeavor. If Giles was in Germany it would be easier for you, but even then ... If he really doesn't want to give it back to you chances are slim you'll ever lay your hands on it again. Things have a way of getting lost or being destroyed, you know. Since his collaboration with Aero was terminated he is also unable to replace your jacket in case yours is lost. So he'll have to give you your money back, which he already did.

At least you know where you stand, Alex. I hope you're saving all your correspondence. I should imagine it'll be relatively easy to raise a civil action by yourself and claim your property back, plus expenses. At your level, given that the value of your jacket is relatively low (though obviously not to yourself), there is a special process

It may be worth contacting the Citizens Advice Bureau yourself, and asking them how you can go about it, and what recourse you have.

However, I think it is interesting that IH seem very keen that you don't get your jacket checked out. Wonder how many other IH jacket owners on the FL are now looking at their purchases with a new scepticism...

4. england is EU....where is the problem for to court him?i have a legal costs insurance.it is not a problem for me !
