Stitched , I've been hitting it with some mega steam then trying to semi block it over the hats stretcher not ideal but haven't got blocks. As it won't fit me I'll sell it on after I do my best and let the new owner have there way. A lot of my hats end up in photos rather then on heads at the minute. Amazing what props people want. I'll get a photo of the label for you
It's probably late 1950s. If you can take a photo of the paper label that would great. It's funny that the basting stitches (to protect the ribbon and bow during stacking) are still in place after the beating. The ones around the top of the ribbon look fine but not the ones on the bow. Normally they would be removed by the hat retailer. If the ones around top of the ribbon are in place I don't remove them. I might be tempted to remove the ones on bow. That is interesting that people are buying them as props. Hopefully they don't hack them up.
